Sheldon is Enterprise Chief Information Officer of the American Family Insurance Group of companies. He has responsibility for infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, digital workplace, technology risk management, and technology business continuity functions. In addition to his corporate role, Sheldon serves as a board member of the University of Wisconsin Hospital System, also known as UW-Health, and a board member of the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County. Previously, Sheldon served as VP & Global CISO of Dell Technologies, Executive Officer, VP, & CISO of Northwestern Mutual, and in IT architecture leadership roles at Harley-Davidson and Abbott Laboratories. Sheldon is a veteran of the Wisconsin Army National Guard, earned a BA in Management with honors from Concordia University Wisconsin, and MS in Organizational Leadership with honors from Quinnipiac University.

A trusted and respected leader who continues to inspire and drive successful teams and deliver results, Ginger is a strategic business advisor and leads Human Resources, people, and talent strategies across the world of Kohler. She oversees HR policies, processes, and practices for HR Business Partners globally, as well as HR centers of expertise including talent development, talent acquisition, employment brand & HR communications, global benefits, compensation, analytics, and digital HR. She is a key supporter of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to maximize workplace experience and to achieve business results. Over her 16-year career with Kohler Co., Ginger has advanced in human resources positions in Customer Service, Fixtures Supply Chain and Kitchen & Bath Americas. In Kitchen & Bath Americas, she has played a key role in embedding new ways of working, drove strategies for improving associate engagement and managed ongoing business and market challenges.

Sarah Rasmusen is an Independent Consult with a wide variety of expertise. During her recent tenure at Lands’ End, beginning in 2017, she served as Senior Vice President, U.S. eCommerce, then as Chief Customer Officer and Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer, followed by Chief Innovation Officer of Lands’ End. She was also previously employed by Lands’ End from 2006 to 2010. From January 2012 to October 2017, she was employed by Kohl’s Corporation in a variety of capacities, most recently Vice President of Digital Merchandising & Analytics. Between 2010 and 2011, she worked for CUNA Mutual Group, leading their digital eCommerce strategy. Between 1999 and 2006, she worked in a variety of eCommerce leadership positions for Saks, Inc., Bloomingdale’s and Bates Worldwide. Early in her career, she held technology roles with KPMG and Pillsbury Law.
Founder and Executive Director, UW E-Business Consortium
Dr. Raj Veeramani is the E-Business Chair Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with joint appointments in the College of Engineering and the School of Business. He is the Executive Director of the campus-wide UW E-Business Institute and UW E-Business Consortium, which is Wisconsin’s leading university-industry partnership helping industry gain competitive advantage through digital business strategies and best practices. He is also the Founding Director of the UW Internet of Things (IoT) Systems Research Center, a hub for university-industry partnership focused on research, innovation and collaborative learning of IoT and industrial analytics. Dr. Veeramani is an internationally recognized scholar, educator and business advisor. His expertise runs deep in several areas: digital business strategy, smart and connected systems, supply chain management, and building customer-centered organizations. His research focuses on new frontiers of digital transformation, industrial data analytics, IoT technologies and applications, smart and connected systems, and supply chain management. Dr. Veeramani is recognized for his practical, real-world perspective. His work has embodied active collaboration with leading companies in a variety of industries.
