Abstract

Printed Posters should not exceed 4ft x 4ft (approximately 120cm x 120cm). 

  • Late submissions will not be accepted.


Review Process

The ISRB Organizing Committee will review all abstracts following the submission deadline.

 The Committee shall be directed to reject abstracts for the following causes:

  • Plagiarism Detected
  • Marketing
  • Subject not related to the field of Regeneration Research
  • Does not meet basic submission requirements


Oral Presentation Guidelines

Preparing your Presentation

  • Each presentation is 15 minutes in length (13 minutes of presentation, 2 minutes of Q&A).
  • Slides should be formatted in 16:9 widescreen.
  • Please plan to use the equipment provided by UW-Madison. Computers (both MAC and PC) will be provided for all speakers – please do not use your personal laptop.
  • Save your presentation to a flash drive.

 

Check in for your Session

  • All speakers are required to upload their presentations in advance to ensure a smooth transition between talks. Please check in with the AV tech in your session at least 20 minutes before your session begins. Please bring your presentation on a flash drive and give it directly to the AV tech.
    • AV techs will be on lunch break from 12:00pm-12:45pm and will not be available to help upload your presentation.
    • If you session starts at 9:00, AV techs will be available starting at 8:15am.
  • All session rooms will be equipped with a podium with a microphone, a slide advancer, LCD projector, electronic red pointer system, and a session chair to help keep the session running on time.

 

 Session Chair Instructions

The invited speaker presentations are 30 minutes long (25 minutes of presentation, 5 minutes of Q&A)

The selected abstract presentations are 15 minutes long (13 minutes of presentation, 2 minutes of Q&A).

As a session chair you are responsible for:

  1. Providing a brief introduction of each speaker (~10 seconds)
  2. Moderate Q&A: Please repeat all questions into the microphone. This helps ensure everyone can hear the question
  3. Keep speakers on track with 25/13 minutes of presentation and 5/2 minutes of Q&A.

 

Poster Session Guidelines

Poster Session I

Date and time: Tuesday, August 12, 2025, 19:00 – 21:00

Presenters: Odd-numbered posters

Poster Session II

Date and time: Wednesday, August 13, 2025, 16:30 – 18:30

Presenters: Even-numbered posters

 

Guidelines

  • Posters must not exceed 4ft x 4ft (approximately 120cm x 120cm)
  • Posters must be removed before noon on Thursday, August 14

Note: The banquet will be held in the Great Hall. ISRB is not responsible for any posters left behind.

  • ISRB does not provide any recommendations or accommodation for printing, shipping or disposing of any posters.


Additional Questions

Presenting authors will be notified via e-mail of their abstract being selected as an oral presentation or poster presentation.
