Professional Code of Conduct

The NASNFC organizing committee is committed to a safe and inclusive meeting for all attendees at NASNFC. Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated at any meeting or event associated with the NASNFC. All communication at NASNFC should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Be inclusive and respectful. Those who violate the standards of professional and respectful conduct may be asked to leave the meeting immediately, and may not be invited to future NASNFC conferences.

Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination includes offensive comments and actions related to age, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion; deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention.

If you are the subject of unacceptable behavior or have witnessed any such behavior, please immediately notify one of the NASNFC organizing committee members.

COVID-19 Updates

The conference will follow current local guidelines and mandates, which may include wearing face masks. Cancellation Policy

A full registration refund, minus a $70 administrative fee, will be made for cancellations received on or before Friday, May 6, 2022. No refunds will be given after Friday, May 6, 2022. Substitute registrations are accepted at any time. Contact Conference Management at conferences@union.wisc.edu to cancel or substitute. If the event is cancelled for any reason, the registration fee will be refunded. The event organizers are not responsible for airfare, hotel or any other costs.
