Oral Presentations

• These presentations will be organized with similar topics by conference committee.
• Individual presentations are allocated 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes for Q&A.

Technical Information  

• Audio-visual assistance will be on site to help troubleshoot problems.
• Microsoft PowerPoint is the recommended format for slides.
• Bring a copy of your presentation on a USB drive.
• We advise against relying on an internet connection for any critical aspects of the presentation

Location/Room Set-up

• Ebling is a lecture hall in the Microbial Sciences Building set in theater style.

Changes and Cancellations

• If your ability to present changes, please contact Dr. Jean-Michel Ane at jeanmichel.ane@wisc.edu
  as soon as possible. 

Check-In

• All speakers and poster authors must check in at the registration table in the Microbial Sciences Building on Monday, June 6, 2022.
• Please bring a copy of your presentation on a USB drive so that it can be downloaded and transferred to the presentation room.
• Each poster will be assigned a numbered space at check-in.

Posters

• All posters must fit within a space that is 40 inches wide by 30 inches high (101 cm by 76 cm).
• Posters can be set-up starting Monday, June 6, 2022, and will remain up through Wednesday, June 8, 2022.
• Authors can discuss posters with conference attendees during formal poster sessions held both days from 2:30 – 4:30 pm.
• Poster break-down starts Wednesday, June 8, at 3:00 pm until 4:30 pm.
• Materials remaining after that time will be discarded. Authors are responsible for poster set-up and take-down.
