Reservations must be made by midnight CST on August 18th, 2024 to receive the discounted rate.
All reservations cancelled after 4pm CST 24 hours prior to arrival and all "no shows" will be charged one night room/tax.
All accommodations should be booked directly on the hotel website or by calling them directly.
No hotels or third-party brokers will contact you directly for a reservation.
