Poster board dimensions: 4 feet’ high x 4 feet wide*. Pushpins to facilitate display will be provided for your use.
The poster area will be open during conference hours (see Conference Schedule for room locations). Posters must be removed at the end of your scheduled poster session.
Authors are expected to present at their posters for only one time slot as indicated in the program. The conference will provide push pins and poster numbers to hang your posters.

Orders must be submitted online at least 4 business days prior to pick up. Must be in before noon to count as a business day. Please be sure your file is set to size of print in the correct format before sending. https://stuprint.org/services#largeformat.
FedEx – 654 W. Washington Ave (0.9 miles from Memorial Union) open Tuesday – Saturday from 8:00am – 7:00pm except Saturday hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm
Any presenter needing to ship a poster prior to the conference will need to contact Conference Management to confirm when poster will arrive to ensure that poster is delivered properly and is on-site. Icpd2022@union.wisc.edu
