• Conference Registration - Tuesday, June 16 - Thursday, June 18
• Regular Registration - $250
• Student/Post Doc Registration - $100
• Industry Booth - $2,000
• Registration Includes: Meeting Attendance, Breaks, Poster Sessions, and PDF copy of Program Book

Credit Card*: Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
*University of Wisconsin-Madison attendees can not pay for registration with a University Purchase Card – please select ‘Worktag’ and email conferences@union.wisc.edu to complete payment.

Wire Transfers: Please contact Conference staff directly for instructions at conferences@union.wisc.edu. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate’s full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to conferences@union.wisc.edu by Monday, June 1, 2026 in order to receive a partial refund. A $75 processing and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by the deadline. Cancellations after Monday, June 1, 2026 will not receive a refund.
