In-Person Summit*: $50

Remote Viewing: $50

*Registration for in-person is open through Monday, June 30.

Your name, title, and institution will be on the online meeting attendance list that is available to all registrants. Email addresses or other contact information are not included.

WAICU may take photographs during the event. By registering, attendees understand that WAICU may use those photographs in future marketing materials.

Change and Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received no later than Monday, July 7, 2025. After this date all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before Monday, July 7, 2025, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $14 processing fee. WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.

Paid registration may be transferred to another individual within the same institution up to seven days before the conference begins.
