University Housing - Chadbourne Hall

Single Occupancy Room Rate: $86/night (includes breakfast)

Double Occupancy Room Rate: $58/person/night (includes breakfast)

University housing offers state of the art single occupancy and double occupancy guest rooms at a discounted cost for conference attendees. All guest rooms include air conditioning, a small refrigerator, free wireless and wired high-speed internet connections, and digital and cable television connections. 

Breakfasts are included in the per night room fee.

Parking needs must be arranged prior to your arrival on campus by contacting the University Transportation Services Office at 608-262-8683. Other accommodation inquiries must be made prior to May 8th, 2025. 

Hampton Inn & Suites

Room Rate: $138/night + tax

Reservations must be made by calling the Hampton Inn & Suites Madison Downtown direct at (608) 255-0360 and mention the Physics 2025 room block. All reservations must be made by May 5, 2025. 

The Hampton Inn & Suites sits blocks from the heart of downtown Madison, located within walking distance of the Memorial Union and many great local restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The Graduate

Room Rate: $189/night + tax

The DoubleTree is located on the east side of campus and downtown between lakes Monona and Mendota. Offering several amenities, including a business center, and the Badgerland Bar & Grill; all just a 10-minute walk from the Memorial Union. Each room features a refrigerator, microwave, 42-inch HDTV, and an executive desk. Enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants, including local favorites like the Nitty Gritty, Ian's Pizza, and Wando's. Take advantage of their courtesy local and airport shuttle, Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour pantry market. Parking is $20/day.
