Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than Wednesday, October 14, 2025 to receive a partial refund. After this date all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before Wednesday, October 14, 2025, the sponsorship fee is refundable, minus a $100.00 processing fee. WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
