I authorize such recordings and release the University to us my name, likeness, voice, and biographical material to exhibit or distribute such recordings in whole or in part without restrictions or limitations for any educational or promotional purpose.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than Friday, November 15, 2025, to receive a partial refund. After this date all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before Friday, November 15, 2025, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $50.00 processing fee. WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
