As an attendee of the Wisconsin Water and Soil Health Conference December 15 - 16, 2026, I recognize and acknowledge that Extension may record my participation and appearance on any recorded medium including, but not limited to video, audio, photos (collectively, "recordings") for use in any form (including, but not limited to print, website, blogs, internet, and social media). I authorize such recordings and release the University to us my name, likeness, voice, and biographical material to exhibit or distribute such recordings in whole or in part without restrictions or limitations for any educational or promotional purpose.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing no later than Friday, November 13, 2026, to receive a partial refund. After this date all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before Friday, November 13, 2026, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $50.00 processing fee. WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.

Wire Transfers:
Please contact Conference Management at conferences@wisc.edu or (608) 265-6534. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate's full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.

Doing Business As: The charge will appear on your credit card statement as WU-Conference Management.
