Doing Business As: The charge will appear on your credit card statement as WU-Conference Management.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 1/23/26. After this date all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If a cancellation notification is received on or before 1/23/26, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $40 processing fee.

WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.

Privacy Statement: The University of Wisconsin does not sell, rent, trade, or distribute any personally identifiable information obtained from clients to a third party, except in cooperation with government agencies or as required by law.

All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee.

In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.
