2026 Scalable Tools Workshop

This Scalable Tools Workshop is attended by tool researchers and developers to discuss common interests and work to advance the state of the art in the area of tools for high performance computing. This is a working workshop that aims to foster exchange of ideas and catalyze collaboration with colleagues in the field.

The schedule for the workshop will include a balance between attendee presentations and working groups focused on topics of interest. Working groups can include joint work on a piece of software, exchange of information to address immediate needs, work to develop a standard, discussion of opportunities for collaboration, tutorial sessions, or brainstorming about how to address challenges ahead.

Registration fee includes meeting costs, welcome dinner reception on Sunday evening, and coffee breaks and lunches on Monday through Thursday.

Cancellation Policy

Workshop registrants cancelling their registration on or before July 1, 2026, will receive a refund of the workshop registration fee, less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations and refunds must be requested in writing. Refunds are not provided for guests who do not attend the workshop. No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2026. Substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the start of the workshop at no additional cost. It is highly recommended that substitutions are completed by July 15, 2026, to ensure conference credentials will be ready upon the start of the workshop.

Please indicate the delegate's full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.

Doing Business As: The charge will appear on your credit card statement as WU-Conference Management.
