Wire Transfers:
Please contact Conference Management at conferences@union.wisc.edu or (608) 264-4194. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate's full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.

UW Worktags: Please email Conference Management at conferences@union.wisc.edu. 

Doing Business As: The charge will appear on your credit card statement as WU-Conference Management.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than September 1, 2026. After this date, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before September 1st, 2026, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $30 processing fee. WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
