University Lodging Options

University Dormitory Housing - 
A housing block has been reserved in Dejope Hall on the UW-Madison campus. Double or single rooms are available for the nights of Sunday, June 1st and Monday, June 2nd.

 

Double occupancy rooms are included in the registration costs. You will be roomed with someone of the same gender.

Single rooms are available for an additional $22 fee.  
You also have the option to book your own lodging at area hotels.

All cancellations must be received in writing no later than May 9, 2025. After this date all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before May 9, 2025, the registration fee is refundable, minus at $15.00 processing fee.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than May 9, 2025. After this date all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before May 9, 2025, the registration fee is refundable, minus at $15.00 processing fee. WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
