Scholarship Information
Courtesy of the Division of Chemical Education, a limited number of scholarships and travel awards are available to members of ACS Division of Chemistry Education to support participation, particularly for educators and early-career scholars:
Travel support to Madison, WI (up to $500)
Registration and housing scholarship covering meals and two nights of on-campus housing (approximately $250 value)
Some participants may receive both travel and registration/housing support; others may receive partial support. All scholarships winners will be responsible for paying for their cost upfront and will be reimbursed from the Division of Chemical Education after the conference.
"All applications received by April 15 will be reviewed by the third week of April. Subsequent applications will be reviewed by May 15.”

Accommodations
We strive to be an inclusive and accessible conference. Cancellations requests must be submitted by the registered attendee in writing to bcce2026@union.wisc.edu.
• Cancellations received by July 6, 2026 will receive a partial refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Refunds will be issues to the original form of payment.
• Cancellations received after July 6, 2026 will not be refunded.
Conference registration cancellations are separate from hotel reservations and travel arrangements, which must be cancelled directly with the respective provider.

Courtsey of the Division of Chemical Education, a limited number of scholarships and travel awards are available to members of ACS Division of Chemisrty Education to support participation, particulary for educators and early-career scholars. If you are selected for a scholarship, you will be required to pay the conference fee upfront and will be reimbursed after the conference. A Pay Later option has been added for those whose attendance at MICER@ BCCE depends on receiving a scholarship.
If you are awarded a scholarship, we will send you a follow- up email with access to the payment portal. The DIVCED division will reimburse the conference fees after the conference concludes. If you are selected, detailed instructions about the reimbursement process will be provided by email.
University of Wisconsin-Madison attendees cannot pay for registration with a University Purchasing Card - please select 'Worktag' and email bcce2026@union.wisc.edu with your detailed worktag information so we can process your payment.

Doing Business As: The charge will appear on your credit card statement as WU-Conference Management.
Cancelation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than Monday, July 6, 2026, to receive a partial refund. After this date all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before Monday, July 6, 2026, 2025, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $50.00 processing fee. UW Conferences & Events may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
