HTC25 will largely be hosted at the Fluno Center on the UW-Madison campus. On the afternoon of June 3, presentations will be held at the UW-Madison Memorial Union in the Great Hall.

Cancellations made seven days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund, less $15 that is nonrefundable. Cancellations made within 6 days or less will incur a 20% fee. WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
