Conference registrants cancelling their registration on or before October 23, 2019 wil receive a refund of the conference registration fees, less a $75 administration fee. Cancellations and refunds must be requested in writing to the UW Center for Cooperatives Outreach Specialist, Megan Webster at mawebster@wisc.edu. Refunds are not provided for guests who do not attend the conference. No refunds will be issued after October 23, 2019. Substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. It is highly recommended that substitutions are completed by November 1, 2019 to ensure conference credentials will be ready upon the start of the conference. By registering for the 2019 Farmer Cooperatives Conference, you give the University of Wisconsin Center for Cooperatives (UWCC) permission, in connection with any photographs and/or video taken during said conference of yourself and all delegates you are registering, the right to use and reuse, in any manner at all, photographs and/or video in whole or in part, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs and/or video, in any print or electronic (Internet) media and for any purposes whatsoever, including without limitation, all promotional or publicity uses. Further, you release UWCC, its officers, director, employees and agents from any and all claims, action, and demands arising out of or in conjunction with the taking and use of said photographs and/or video.
