The first 70 attendees to fill out the University Housing information below and submit their registration will have their housing covered by the 2026 Electronic Structure Workshop. This is a limited opportunity therefore this site will be updated once the limit has been reached. 

Information about University Housing:

Single and double occupancy rooms will be available, all reservations will include breakfast.

All guest rooms will be air conditioned with a small refrigerator, complimentary Wi-Fi, bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels, washcloths, and soap. Housekeeping services are available by request via the QR code on the room door. Guests may use the lower level kitchen and laundry facilities at their convenience. The 24-hour desk serves as your check-in and check-out needs.

Please note, if you select a double occupancy room, each room has two bed spaces, and this reservation is for only one of those bed spaces within the room. If you have a preferred roommate, this person will need to make a separate reservation and mutually request you as a preferred roommate. Guests without a preferred roommate will be assigned another participant of the same gender within the conference
