Earth Focus Day Camp 2025 Registration

 

Please complete one registration per camper. The registration deadline is three weeks before the camp sessions begins. T-shirts are included for registrations received by May 16, 2025. After May 16, T-shirt availability depends on remaining stock.

Financial Assistance: Scholarships are available. If you need financial assistance, please contact education@arboretum.wisc.edu before you register.

2-Session Limit: In order to allow more families to participate in the program, each camper can register for a maximum of two sessions.

Waitlist: If a session is full, please complete the registration and you will automatically be added to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted via email. You will not be charged until you confirm that you want the spot.

Registering multiple campers: Due to limitations on the registration system, only one camper can be registered at a time. If you want to register additional campers from your household, but the session has become full, please complete the registration so they will be added to the waitlist. Then, contact education@arboretum.wisc.edu to discuss options.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by April 15, 2025 will receive a refund of the session cost minus a $15 processing fee per session. Cancellations received after April 15, 2025 and up to three weeks before the start of the session will receive a refund of half the session cost. There are no refunds for cancellations within three weeks of the session start date.
