Registration Fee: Registration is currently open. Early bird registration will end Thursday, December 25, 2025. Early registration fees will be $175 for scientists/postdocs and $150 for graduate students.
Registration after Thursday, December 25 will be $200 for scientists/postdocs and $175 for graduate students. Registration includes Day 1: access to meeting, breakfast (pastries, coffee, fruit, juice), lunch, and afternoon break—Day 2: breakfast (pastries, coffee, fruit, juice) and morning break.
Lodging: A group lodging block has been arranged at the conference site. Please book online here. Please note the deadline to book with the group block is Thursday, December 25, 2025. There are a limited number of rooms so attendees are encouraged to book early.
Student Presentations: Students are encouraged to submit abstracts for oral presentations. The annual Larry Darrah Student Presentation Awards will be given to the best student oral presentations. Graduate student abstracts should be submitted to Alevtina Ruban (KWS-KGaA, DEEI) at Alevtina.ruban@kws.com.
The deadline for student presentation abstract submission is Saturday, February 7, 2026.
Abstracts should contain title, authors, author institution affiliations, and up to 300 words of text. All text should be 12-point standard font (Times, Calibri, or Arial) and left justified. Please include all authors in the form last name, first name followed by a numerical footnote to indicate institutional affiliation. Include asterisk following presenting author's name. List institution with footnotes following authors. Please adhere to formatting guidelines to assist with compilation of abstracts.
Cancellations: Registration fees are non-refundable. Substitutions are welcome at any time. The meeting organizer is not responsible for the refund of other costs.
