Wire Transfers:
Please contact UW Conferences & Events Conference Management at conferences@union.wisc.edu or (608) 265-6534. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate's full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on-site.

Doing Business As: The charge will appear on your credit card statement as WU-Conference Management.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than September 1, 2025. After this date, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $50.00 processing fee. Parking permits are non-refundable. WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund. To cancel, please contact Laura Richards at 608.265.6534 or email laura.richards@wisc.edu.
