Wire Transfers:
Please contact UW Conferences & Events Conference Management at conferences@union.wisc.edu or (608) 265-6534. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate's full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on-site.

Doing Business As: The charge will appear on your credit card statement as WU-Conference Management.

Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel the workshop due to insufficient enrollment one week prior to the start of the workshop. We will issue full registration refunds if we cancel the workshop. Participants whose cancellations are received up to 5 days prior to the program will be refunded 80% of the program fee. Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to the program will be refunded 50% of the fee. No refunds for failure to attend without notification.
