Summary

Terms and Conditions

By registering for this event, you grant ASC Madison 2026 permission to photograph, record, and use your likeness for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes in any media. You also consent to the sharing of your registration information with conference attendees and/or event sponsors for networking and event-related communications. Registration constitutes acceptance of these terms. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than July 30th, 2026. After this date all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before July 30th, 2026, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $100 processing fee. Parking permits are non-refundable. WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund. Please note: Membership is included in your registration fee.

Please contact Conference Management at ascmadison2026@union.wisc.edu or (608) 264-4149. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate's full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.

Cancellation Policy: All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Parking permits are non-refundable.
