Worktag:
University of Wisconsin-Madison attendees cannot pay for registration with a University Purchasing Card - please select 'Worktag' and email conferences@union.wisc.edu to complete payment.

Wire Transfers:
Please contact Conference Management at conferences@union.wisc.edu or (608) 890.2645. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate's full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.

Doing Business As: The charge will appear on your credit card statement as WU-Conference Management.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than Friday, March 13, 2026. After this date all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before Friday, March 13, 2026, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $50 processing fee. WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
