Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than Friday, September 25th, 2026 to receive a partial refund. After this date, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds are not provided for guests who do not attend the conference. If a cancellation notification is received on or before Friday, September 25th, 2026, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $10 administration fee. If the event is canceled for any reason, your registration fee will be refunded. UW Conferences & Events may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund. Substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the start of the conference at no additional cost. It is highly recommended that substitutions are completed by Sept 25th, 2026 to ensure conference credentials will be ready upon the start of the conference. Substitutions must be requested in writing by contacting conferences@union.wisc.edu.
