Cancellation Policy: Refund requests must be in writing and submitted via email to radeventsteam@uwhealth.org Refunds will not be made after the dates corresponding to your registration type. The University of Wisconsin Department of Radiology reserves the right to cancel or postpone any activity due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement, UW will refund registration fees but will not be responsible for related costs or expenses to participants, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines, travel agencies, and hotels.
