We are pleased to announce that the 35th International Pupil Colloquium will take place in the summer of 2026, bringing together researchers, clinicians, and scientists from around the world to share the latest advances in pupil research and its applications in neuroscience, ophthalmology, psychology, and medicine more broadly. Continuing its long-standing tradition, the Colloquium will foster interdisciplinary collaboration, highlight cutting-edge discoveries, and emerging voices in the field.

 

Meeting abstracts will be published in the University of Wisconsin’s MINDS open-access institutional repository, ensuring wide dissemination of the knowledge and insights generated.

 

We look forward to welcoming you to this exciting gathering of the global pupil research community.

Summary

Cancelation Policy
Conference registrants cancelling their registration on or before July 9, 2026, will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations and refunds must be requested in writing. Refunds are not provided for guests who do not attend the conference. No refunds will be issued after July 9, 2026. Substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the start of the conference at no additional cost. It is highly recommended that substitutions are completed by 5:00 PM CDT on July 15th, 2026, to ensure conference credentials will be ready upon the start of the conference.

Wire Transfers:
Please contact Conference Management at conferences@union.wisc.edu or (608) 264-4194. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate's full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.

Doing Business As: The charge will appear on your credit card statement as WU-Conference Management.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than July 9, 2026. After this date all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before July 9, 2026, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $25 processing fee. WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
