*All lodging locations (except University Housing) offer complimentary parking or for a small daily fee. This parking permit will be valid in a lot near Memorial Union with the lot location to be confirmed one week prior to the conference. Parking permits are ordered (3) weeks prior to the conference and are non-refundable at that time. Please note you will only have the opportunity to sign up for parking during your registration.

By registering for the 2026 International Specialty Conference on Cold-Formed Steel Structures you give the International Specialty Conference on Cold-Formed Steel Structures permission, in connection with any photographs and/or video taken during said conference of yourself and all delegates you are registering, the right to use and reuse, in any manner at all, photographs and/or video in whole or in part, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs and/or video, in any print or electronic (Internet) media and for any purposes whatsoever, including without limitation, all promotional or publicity uses. Further, you release the International Specialty Conference on Cold-Formed Steel Structures, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all claims, action, and demands arising out of or in conjunction with the taking and use of said photographs and/or video.

Wire Transfers: 
Please contact Conference Management at iccfss@union.wisc.edu or (608) 262-6696. All expenses incurred in the wire transfer must be covered by the attendee. Please indicate the delegate's full name as a reference on all bank transfers. In the event of a negative balance, additional costs will be collected on site.  

Doing Business As: The charge will appear on your credit card statement as WU-Conference Management. 
 
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than Friday, September 4, 2026. After this date all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before Friday, September 4, 2026, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $75 processing fee. WU Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
