Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received no later than May 15th, 2026. After this date all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a cancellation notification is received on or before May 15th, 2026, the registration fee is fully refundable. Parking permits are non-refundable. UW Conferences & Events may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund.
