Terms and Conditions
By registering for CCMA 2026 conference you give the University of Wisconsin Center for Cooperative (UWCC) permission, in connection with any photographs and/or video taken during said conference of yourself and all delegates you are registering, the right to use and reuse, in any manner at all, photographs and/or video in whole or in part, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs and/or video, in any print or electronic (Internet) media and for any purposes whatsoever, including without limitation, all promotional or publicity uses. Further, you release UWCC, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all claims, action, and demands arising out of or in conjunction with the taking and use of said photographs and/or video.

Cancellation Policy Conference registrants cancelling their registration on or before May 14, 2026 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less an administration fee of $100 for full registrations (all other refunds please contact Megan Webster). Cancellations and refunds must be requested in writing to UW Center for Cooperatives Outreach Specialist, Megan Webster at mawebster@wisc.edu. Refunds are not provided for guests who do not attend the conference. No refunds will be issued after May 14, 2026. Substitutions are accepted at any time prior to the start of the conference at no additional cost. It is highly recommended that substitutions are completed by May 18, 2026 to ensure conference credentials will be ready upon the start of the conference. UWCC will charge attendees a $30.00 returned check fee to cover the administrative cost.
Pay by Check Payment Option UW-Madison enables a “Pay by Check” function for the CCMA Conference to enable individuals from institutions requiring payment by check to register. Please note, payment will need to be made by stated deadlines or your registration will be moved to the next rate.
Substitutions Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company. Please email information for the substitute attendee to agrott@wisc.edu and provide all contact information including the name, title, email address, and dietary or other special accommodations.
