What is the Wisconsin Commercial Building Code Refresher?

This conference provides details on the newly adopted Wisconsin Building Code, which adopts IBC 2021 code with Wisconsin modifications. Who Should Attend?

This refresher is designed specifically for people who design, construct, maintain or inspect commercial buildings in Wisconsin. Attendees include:

  • Building inspectors, code officials, and trade professionals responsible for compliance
  • Contractors and facility managers seeking to stay current with state code requirements
  • Wisconsin licensed inspectors, electricians, and plumbers

Additional Information

Continuing Education Approval Information  

This course qualifies for Professional Engineer continuing education in all states.
This course is approved for 6 AIA Learning Units; Health, Safety, and Welfare (6 LU | HSW) each day. If you attend all three days you will earn 18 LU | HSW.
DSPS Trades Continuing Education Hours have been applied for and are awaiting approval.

$825 for full three-day conference registration
$595 for two-day registration

Director

Benjamin Jordan

Benjamin J. Jordan, PE is a program director with Interdisciplinary Professional Programs in the transportation sector. He has over 40 years of experience in civil engineering and public works. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign and a Master of Public Affairs degree with a Certificate in Public Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois, Washington, and Wisconsin.
